What it is
The Chinese martial art: codified forms, kicks and jumps, footwork and balance. You train posture, coordination and elastic power, with sequences that change rhythm from start to finish. The level is built one movement at a time.
Who it is for
Adults and teenagers who want a technical, athletic martial art, with or without experience. Useful also to anyone coming from another combat sport, for mobility and balance.
What a session looks like
Typical structure: the coach adapts it to the group.

Warm-up
Mobility, rope, bodyweight drills: about 15 minutes.

Technique
Fundamentals and combinations, alone and with a partner, with individual corrections.

Sparring and cool-down
Controlled-intensity work with protective gear. Then stretching.

Mat rules
You train barefoot on the mat, in sportswear. Nothing with zips, buttons or metal parts: they scratch the mat and can hurt the person training with you.
