Frequently asked questions

With a valid student card, the annual Adult membership costs 9 months instead of 12: two months free like every annual plan, plus a third month. It applies to Basic, Plus and Premium.

Yes. The membership can be paused for one to nine months with a valid reason, for instance illness, injury or a period abroad, requested before the absence. For holidays there is a one-off pause. A monthly membership is cancelled in writing, two months before the period ends. The exact terms are in the terms and conditions.
