- You can obtain an internationally recognised certificate that documents your training beyond Switzerland too.
- It applies to teachers as well: instructors can obtain ISDF certification.
In short
The International Self-Defence Federation was founded in Switzerland in 2020. It sets the standards for teaching self defence, certifies instructors and is present in more than 80 nations.
