What it means for people training here
- Once a month the room opens to everyone for a free self defence class: that is EqualArmor's contribution to the partnership.
- You need not be a member or have any experience: the session is open to anyone.
- If you need someone to talk to, SosForAll is there, free of charge: its website says how.

SosForAll is a Swiss non-profit association. It offers emotional support, mental health help and crisis aid, free of charge and without any discrimination.
