Free self defence
One class a month, the first Friday at 18:30, open to anyone who wants to try. Free, no membership and no experience needed.
29 places left of the 30 in the room.
What it is
A real self defence class, the same one we run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on an evening open to people who are not members.
It starts from how you avoid trouble, not how you win a fight: distance, position, voice, and the few techniques that work even when the other person is stronger.
Ninety minutes. You come in knowing nothing and leave with two or three things that stay with you.
Who it is for
- Adults and teens, men and women, at any level of training.
- Anyone who has never done a combat sport: it is built exactly for that.
- Members who want to bring someone: sign the guest up too, one place each.
That evening
Friday at 18:30 the schedule marks Kickboxing / Muay Thai: in the first week of the month that class does not run, the room belongs to the free session. The rest of the week is unchanged.
What to bring
- Comfortable sportswear, shorts are fine — no zips
- A water bottle
- A small towel
- Training is barefoot on the mat — flip-flops for the changing room
- No jewellery or watches
Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Mat rules
You train barefoot on the mat, in sportswear. Nothing with zips, buttons or metal parts: they scratch the mat and can hurt the person training with you.

Pick the date and leave us a way to reach you. There are thirty places per session and they are counted here.
The 18:30 Kickboxing / Muay Thai class does not run that evening: the room belongs to the free session.
WhatsApp works too: we record you by hand and the place counts the same, it just takes one message more.
This page is made to be sent: the link always points at the next session, even three months from now.
